Cape Royale Design Team

Architects 61 Pte Ltd is the architect of Cape Royale. The factsheet describes the design as drawn from the mysterious and enchanting marine world: like bubble corals, each tower is an organic cluster with soft edges and undulating surfaces, whose form changes with the vantage point, the light and the time of day.

The brochure adds that the height of the towers and their staggered positions are what let the homes enjoy panoramic views, and that sea creature-inspired sculptures are placed along the water features of the grounds.
